Area CAM – calculation of object area
The intelligent Area CAM technology of the Vector 150 allows you to calculate the size and area of an object from a photo. To do this, place the device perpendicular to the horizontal centre line of the object. The surface of the object should be perfectly flat on the vertical plane. The laser beam is directed to the center of the object to be measured. It is possible to regulate height and length of an object even after the photo is taken.
Point-to-Point function
Point-to-Point (P2P) function allows you to measure the distance between two arbitrary points in space. This feature is achieved thanks to the built-in 3D sensor. By taking just two measurements, the user can determine the length of a segment, even if the segment passes through buildings or obstacles (wall, trees, fence, etc.).

Area measurement
Not only does the advanced area measurement function allow you to calculate area of a room, but also wall surface, triangle, circle or trapezoid area thanks to built-in calculation algorithms. Simply determine the diameter of the circle, measure the lengths and heights of the walls or the lengths of the sides.
3D sensor
Vector 150 is equipped with 3D sensor. Not only does it allow to calculate ground distance and height, but also roof pitch and length and titled objects (the plane is defined by the line between 2 points).
