XP3 Green is a professional laser distance meter designed for both outdoor and indoor applications. It is equipped with a 3D sensor that enables Point-to-Point function. CONDTROL XP3 Green has a large set of calculating functions, a bright display and built-in Bluetooth, which allows to work with the CONDTROL Smart Measure application.
Condtrol XP3 Green is equipped with a green laser, which is much brighter and better visible even in bright sunlight.
Point-to-Point function
Point-to-Point function is a distinctive feature of CONDTROL XP3 Green. This feature is achieved thanks to the integrated 3D sensor. By just two measurements, the user can determine the length of the segment, even if this segment passes through buildings or obstacles (wall, trees, fence, etc.).
Wall surface function
It only takes a few seconds to calculate the wall surface. You just need to measure the height and length of all walls. The laser distance meter will add up the areas and display the result on the screen. This allows you to calculate the amount of consumables (paint, wallpaper, putty, etc.) needed for construction and repair.
Bluetooth
Measurement results taken with CONDTROL XP3 Pro can be transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth by downloading free CONDTROL Smart Measure app.The program allows you to:
- store an unlimited number of measurements in the smartphone's memory;
- take photos of objects, rooms, decor, furniture and put dimensions on them, make remarks, comments, which will be appreciated by architects, designers, decorators;
- draw room plans with a dimensional grid;
- save and export obtained files, which greatly simplifies the work of builders, designers, furniture makers, etc.

Built-in 3D sensor
It allows to calculate the horizontal and vertical distance from the laser distance meter to the object. For example, you can use this function to determine the height of a building and the distance from the device to the object, even if there is an obstacle.
Rechargeable battery
XP3 Green batteries are charged using USB cable included in the delivery package, in the same way as charging a cell phone. Optionally, Ni-MH rechargeable batteries included in the delivery package can be replaced with alkaline batteries.
IP54 dust and water protection
XP3 Green is reliably protected against moisture and construction dust, so it will work properly under any professional conditions (outdoors, construction sites, large enclosed spaces).
Four reference points
Distance can be measured from four reference points: front, rear, tripod and end-piece which allows to make measurement from inside crevices, corners or edges.
